April Williams

April Williams began her career in the field of dentistry over twenty years ago and has successfully held every position in the office, excluding the dentist. Her understanding of the roles each position contributes has been key to her forming a cohesive team in each office that works toward a common goal. She began as an office manager for Dr. Valentine and quickly became interested in becoming his dental assistant. Preferring to be more hands on with patients, she acquired all the certifications offered by the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry to perform expanded duties. It was also during this time she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  After years of expounding on the skills and knowledge of a cross trained employee, she moved up to the role of practice manager. This position showcased her dental and business acumen and launched her career of consulting.
